The stock market gains 127 points as overall gains.

Following many days of notable falls. The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index recovered on Monday, closing with a gain of 127 points. The NEPSE index increased to 2,823 points as a result.

A noteworthy rise in trading activity was also observed, with the turnover rising from Rs 10.51 billion on the previous trading day to Rs 13.10 billion. In the first 23 minutes of trade, the NEPSE index fell to 2,679 points, which was the lowest point of the day, before rising.

Positive movement was seen in all sector indices, with the finance sector leading the increases. The banking industry has increased by 4.73%, followed by development banks by 4.99%, finance by 7.94%, hotels, and tourism.
by 4.92 percent, 5.36 percent for hydropower, 5.45 percent for investments, 4.69 percent for life insurance, 3.33 percent for manufacturing, 3.33 percent for microfinance, 4.81 percent for non-life insurance, 4.14 percent for others, and 2.85 percent for trading
Just five of the 239 firms saw a decrease in their share prices, while 234 saw a rise. The share prices of about a dozen firms saw an increase of up to 10% every day, including Best Finance, Samriddhi Finance, Progressive Finance, NLG Insurance, Reliance Finance, Supermai Hydropower, Dolti Power, Multipurpose Finance, Kalinchok Darshan, and Modi Energy.

Joshi Hydropower and Butwal Power Company also reported large gains, with their share prices rising by 9.7 and 9.8%, respectively. Nonetheless, Maikhola Hydropower saw the biggest decrease, with its share price falling by 3.59%.

Goodwill Finance, Api Power, Himalayan Reinsurance, Arun Valley Hydropower, and Nepal Finance lead the market in terms of trading volume.
